Now I totally agree with that! Women, and men, should communicate a lot more during and after sex. Of course, some men don't listen. Sigh. And some men really aren't interested in anything but their own pleasure.
As to fast and furious being better than a build up, depends what you mean by build up. I'm definately not a fan of soft, gentle lovemaking but before I get into the fast and furious sex I do need to be turned on, and that requires a build up (short or long) of strokes, kisses, naughty texts as I'm on my way over, my own thoughts etc etc etc
Yes, communication is very important. Neither partner should be afraid to say when something is either really working, or really NOT. In the long run, it makes for better, and more satisfying sex for both.

The man isn't only as good as the woman let's him be, the woman may not be vocal, but that is no excuse, he should be observant as and considerate towards her, treat her as though she is special, because she is.
He has to make sure that she enjoys the entire time is his priority. personally I can't understand it, but apparently for a lot of men they put their enjoyment foremost in their priorities.
I have always loved getting dressed up and taking my girlfriend of the time out to somewhere nice, bringing her flowers, chocolates and/or a nice bottle of wine.
