...and the tumor wasn't attached to anything, which is good. Now we are waiting for the biopsy results.

Dotti's biospy results came back--the tumor was cancerous. I guess the next step is to get a chest x-ray to see if there's any cancer in her lungs.

I'm so sad, and I'm angry with the vet. We must have taken her five times to have him look at her lump, and each time he said, "No problem," and it kept getting bigger and bigger and more and more irregular. And she's my favorite cat, too. Her fur is so soft, and she's so pretty (muted calico), and she always meets me at the door and wants to be on my lap when I sit down and always sleeps with me

We had the X-ray done--her lungs are clear! And I think she is finally getting over the trauma of the surgery because she doesn't have to be near me all the time or sitting/standing/lying on me every time I sit or lie down. Wooot, Kitty!
